Conference registration
Submitting the online registration form creates a registration request. A place is confirmed only after the Secretariat confirms receipt of the applicable payment and sends confirmation. Fees, dates, programme items, speakers, venues, and activities may change where operationally necessary.
Payment
Payment is by bank transfer or mobile money using the instructions supplied by the Secretariat. Quote your registration reference and send proof of payment to ortarchi@cbu.ac.zm. This site does not collect card or online-wallet credentials.
Abstracts
Authors are responsible for the accuracy, originality, permissions, and rights associated with submitted material. Submission does not guarantee acceptance or presentation. The organising committee may review, accept, reject, or request changes in line with the conference programme.
Acceptable use
Do not submit unlawful, misleading, malicious, or unauthorised content. Do not attempt to interfere with the forms, upload executable content, access another person's information, or bypass administrative controls.
Communications
We may use the contact details supplied in a submission to send necessary registration, payment, abstract-review, scheduling, and conference updates. We do not use these details for unrelated marketing without a separate lawful basis.
Limitation
The website is provided for conference administration and information. To the extent permitted by law, the Secretariat is not responsible for interruptions or for travel, accommodation, payment, or third-party service arrangements outside its control.
