What we use
The public conference page does not set analytics, advertising, profiling, or social-media cookies. It uses browser local storage only to remember that the cookie notice has been acknowledged. This is not a tracking cookie and does not contain personal information.
The password-protected administration area may use a strictly necessary session cookie to keep an authorised administrator signed in and to support security controls. The public registration and abstract forms do not require a cookie.
Third-party content
There are no third-party iframes or embedded videos, maps, analytics tags, advertising pixels, or social widgets on the public page. External partner links open only when you choose to follow them; those websites have their own policies.
Your choices
You can clear local storage using your browser settings. Blocking cookies may prevent the administration area from working, but it should not prevent you from viewing the public conference page or submitting a form. You can revisit this page at any time to review the current approach.
